Booking a tour with Ridhaan Tour & Travels indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking Confirmation
All bookings require a deposit for confirmation. The remaining balance must be settled before the start of the tour.
3. Changes to Itinerary
Ridhaan Tour & Travels reserves the right to alter itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond its control.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Travelers must ensure possession of valid travel documents, including passports and visas (if required). Personal belongings remain the responsibility of the traveler during the tour.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Fees may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation (Please Go Through our Refund Policy).
6. Liability
Ridhaan Tour & Travels holds no responsibility for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the tour. Obtaining travel insurance for additional protection is recommended.
7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions adhere to the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Anantnag.
